Orbiqbot is an AI-powered content summarization service that accepts text, URLs, or document files (DOCX) as input and generates concise summaries using Google's Gemini AI.
We strive to provide 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain the exclusive property of orbiqbot and our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and summaries generated for you.
Summaries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of summaries. You should verify important information independently.
To ensure fair use and service stability, we enforce a limit of 10 requests per minute per IP address. Excessive automated requests may result in temporary or permanent blocking.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to our collection, processing, and storage of your data as described therein, including anonymized metadata, processing of your content for summarization, and storage of content and summaries. No separate cookie or consent banner is required.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
AI-generated summaries may contain errors or inaccuracies. Summaries are not a substitute for reading original content. You should verify important information independently.
We do not currently support PDF files, very large files (100,000 character limit), or URLs that require authentication.
You may NOT use our Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, overload our systems, or submit harmful content. Violation may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, or reporting to law enforcement.
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Our Services use third-party services including Google Generative AI (Gemini), Supabase, and ipwho.is. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or performance of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. For disputes, we encourage informal resolution first, followed by mediation or arbitration if needed.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
